A referral service, not a contractor

Tulsa French Drain Pros is a free referral service. We pass homeowner requests to independent drainage companies. We do not dig, design, install, inspect, repair or warranty drainage work, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a company.

Free and no obligation

Requesting quotes is free. You are never obligated to hire anyone who contacts you.

How the site is paid

Participating companies may pay Tulsa French Drain Pros on a flat per-request basis to receive quote requests. That payment doesn't depend on whether you hire them, and it isn't a recommendation of any company.

Companies are independent

Each company is responsible for its own work, pricing, schedule, insurance, permits and warranty. Before you hire:

• Oklahoma doesn't issue a state license for general, landscape or drainage contractors. Plumbing, electrical and mechanical work does require a Construction Industries Board license. Ask any contractor for proof of liability insurance, and use a licensed plumber for anything tied into your home's plumbing.
• Get a written contract that describes the scope, price, outlet and restoration.
• If you sign at home, the FTC Cooling-Off Rule generally gives you three business days to cancel, and Oklahoma law gives a similar right for financed home-solicitation sales.
• Oklahoma law requires anyone digging for hire to contact OKIE811 at least 48 hours ahead (excluding weekends and holidays). It's free. Sprinkler lines and other private lines aren't marked, so your contractor should plan for them.

Please submit only true information about your own property or one you are authorized to act for. Don't submit requests for someone else without permission, use the site to send spam, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tulsa French Drain Pros and its owner are not liable for the acts, omissions, work or prices of any company you contact through the site, or for decisions you make based on the site's information. Any claim about drainage work is between you and the company that did it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
